Meet Your Trauma and Grief Therapist in Kansas City
I specialize in trauma, grief processing, and navigating scary and unwanted thought patterns during times of profound emotional pain. I work with individuals 15 years or older in North Kansas City, Missouri and virtually via telehealth for any resident of Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa.
My passion for this work started with my own journey of growth and healing. I know what it feels like to feel stuck in your own mind, the feeling of walking on egg-shells in certain environments, and wonder if things would feel manageable again. My personal experiences with mental health and loss of loved ones have shaped not only who I am, but how I show up for my clients.
Maybe you've been considering the decision of starting therapy for a while, telling yourself you'll reach out when things get bad enough, or when you have timing is better. But you don’t have to wait until there is a crisis to deserve the help you want.
I am here to offer a safe space and support you as you reconnect with hope, purpose, and your strengths.

1. Book Your Free Consultation
A free 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to connect, talk about what you've been carrying, and see if we're a good fit. I want your care to be personalized to your needs and we can collaboratively find a place to start.
2. Schedule Your First Session
Once you're ready, we'll find a time to schedule your intake so that I can gather further background information to provide support catered to your goals. From there we will find a routine time for appointments that fits your schedule. Consistent sessions create space to slow down, process what's been weighing on you, and begin making meaningful changes.
3. Reconnect With Yourself
Together, we'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck, work through anxiety, guilt, or overwhelm, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that you desire. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based care and emphasizes safety, collaboration, and trust. I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work toward healing and meaningful change.
